Ridge Tier – Strategic Partnership with Monthly Execution

The Ridge Tier builds on everything in Valley and adds a more hands-on, collaborative approach. You’ll be paired with a marketing strategist who helps guide your marketing plan and directly executes monthly deliverables on your behalf. The Ridge Tier costs $500/month, and the value is reflected in both saved time and increased visibility.

  • Social media outreach and agent engagement handled by your strategist

Peak Tier – Concierge-Level Marketing for Market Leaders

The Peak Tier is our most advanced marketing option, offering full-service support designed to maximize agent reach, generate awareness, and build lasting brand equity. Peak includes all Ridge and Valley benefits and adds proactive prospecting, professional video content, advertising campaigns, and more.

Premium Benefits:

  • Tracking for 15 active prospect agents, refreshed every 90 days
  • Agent research and prospect outreach conducted by your strategist
  • Past client calls to gather video testimonials for marketing content
  • Up to four monthly video interviews with your strategist, repurposed for social and agent use
  • Branded video ad campaigns with geo-targeting and segmented audiences
  • Engagement emails designed to drive social media traffic and site visits
  • Strategic hashtag campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness

Peak is for high-volume producers who are looking to scale rapidly, grow their brand presence, and dominate their market with support from a full-service marketing team.
