Production Trips

CMG’s annual production trip – known as President’s Council and Chairman’s Council – is a premier reward for top-performing Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and leaders across the company. It’s more than a trip; it’s a celebration of excellence, performance, and dedication to serving more families through smart, sustainable growth.

The destination rotates annually, with past trips held in Hawaii, Miami, and Phoenix. CMG keeps the celebration stateside to maintain accessibility and community, while still delivering a luxury, all-out experience for those who qualify.

The 2026 production trip (celebrating 2025 performance) will be in Phoenix, Arizona in late February 2026.

Our goal in North Texas is to support every producer in making that list. Whether it’s through streamlined systems, personal mentorship, or team-wide accountability, we want every Loan Officer and Branch Manager to have a clear path to qualify. And when they do, we show up together—ready to celebrate the wins and build momentum for the year ahead.
